Deep Breathing

The levels of stress can be minimised with deep and slow breathing. It is suggested to lie down comfortably in a quiet place and take deep breaths as it helps in soothing the mind. As a result the stress starts to decrease. You should follow the Count 5 rule. Take a deep breath through the nose to the count of 5. Hold your breath till 5 counts and exhale afterwards for 5 counts.

Healthy food such as whole grains, proteins, fresh juices, fruits can help in reducing stress and benefit you for a longer period of time.
