11 Proven Natural Treatment for Skin Care

Aloe Vera

This skin food can be applied in various ways. You can either use it as a moisturizer or replace it with your night cream. Just wash-off all the make-up and apply fresh aloe gel on your skin. Add 2-3 drops of tea tree oil in case of breakage as it will heal the zits. You can always go for neem powder instead of tea tree oil. Apply the mask and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cold water. Follow it with a mild moisturizer. This pack should be applied on a weekly basis for visible results.

Papaya

Papaya is known for its beneficial properties and thus acts as a great skin food. Take a piece of papaya and mash it with the help of a fork. Apply it on your face for 15 minutes. Add a tablespoon of honey for dry skin. Rinse with cold water.

Rose

Get both the ingredients in the blender and blend till it forms a paste like consistency. You can use sandalwood powder to make this mask more efficacious. Coconut Oil

Cocoa Powder

Cocoa is one of the instant glow ingredient. Take a tablespoon of sugar and mix it well with a few drops of coconut oil and ½ teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder. Note: Replace coconut oil with honey in case of oily skin.
