Oil is considered to be one of the most effective treatments for hair loss and also boosts hair growth. You can take different oils and mix it all together or you can stick to one oil which works best for you and apply it. In order to gain better results, it is advised to take equal quantity of almond oil, olive oil, and coconut oil and add half amount of castor oil. Mix all the oils together and heat it a little. Allow it to cool down and apply it to your scalp.
Leave the oil mixture overnight and wrap your head so your pillows don’t get oil stains. Wash your hair with lukewarm water in the morning. Follow this procedure once or twice a week for best results.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Dandruff can also be a major cause of your hair loss. If your scalp is flaky then this Ayurvedic solution for hair fall is for you. Mix 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a water bottle (half filled) and apply this solution after you shampoo. Apply it from roots to tips and gently massage for 3 minutes. Wash off with cold water and see visible results within one wash.
Indian gooseberry or Amla is also a proven Ayurvedic solution to keep hair fall at bay. Gooseberry along with other Ayurvedic remedies is keeping the hair healthy for thousands of years. Simply take gooseberry powder and mix it with coconut oil.
Apply this mixture on your scalp with the help of a cotton ball and leave it overnight or a minimum of 3-4 hours. Wash off with lukewarm water and condition as usual.
Fenugreek is a great remedy if you are trying to boost your hair growth. You can soak fenugreek according to the length of your hair and allow it to soak overnight. Prepare a thick paste by blending soaked fenugreek with a few drops of water.
Apply this paste to your scalp and leave it for 4-5 hours. Wash off with a mild shampoo and dry hair naturally.
Onion is also known to boost hair growth and even regrows hair and covers your bald spots. You can chop an onion and extract the juice from it. Strain the juice as we don’t want any chinks in the hair. Take a cotton ball and apply the juice to your scalp. Cover your head with a shower cap and leave it on for a minimum of 4 hours. Rinse your hair as usual.
Eggs or Milk
Both eggs and milk are loaded with protein and excellently nourish your hair. These ingredients also help in increasing its tensile strength. Either take full-fat milk or 2 eggs depending on the length of your hair and apply it on your scalp for good 2 hours. Rinse thoroughly. Use this twice a week for best results.
