Prepare a solution of 1 part apple cider vinegar and 3 parts water and apply it on the affected area with the help of a cotton ball. Keep the ACV on for 10 minutes. You can also leave it overnight. Repeat this procedure several times a day to get rid of zits.

Cinnamon and Honey Mask

Honey & cinnamon is one of the powerful combinations to eliminate acne. Cinnamon contains antimicrobial properties which prevent bacteria and honey is a natural antibiotic which wipes out all the pimples.

To prepare this mask, you need 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Mix it together and form a paste like consistency. Rinse your face with cold water and pat dry. Apply the prepared face mask and allow it to sit for 10-15 minutes Wash off thoroughly with and moisturize as usual.

Egg Whites

Whisk egg whites and keep it separately. Wash your face and pat dry. Apply whisked egg whites on your face and allow it to air dry.

Now, when you feel like the first layer has started to dry, apply the second layer. Repeat this procedure until you are left with 4 layers. Let it dry for 20 minutes and rinse thoroughly afterward.

Orange Peel Mask

Oranges also help in reducing the pimples and bringing out the glow. Take 1 orange peel and blend it by adding a little water. Your aim here is to achieve a paste like consistency. Wash off your face and apply this paste. Allow it to sit for 20-25 minutes and wash off after 20 minutes. Notice the difference within first wash.

Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil is one of the most powerful ways to treat pimples. Because tea tree oil is quite powerful, it is crucial to dilute it first. Wash off your face thoroughly and mix tea tree oil with water. It should be 1 part oil and 9 parts oil. Apply this solution on the affected areas with the help of a Q-tip.


Strawberries are also a great way to say goodbye to pimples. You can use strawberry in many ways to bring out your inner glow. Mash 3 fresh strawberries with the help of a fork and add 2 tablespoons of honey to it. Rinse your face with cold water and apply this mixture on your face. Let it sit for 20 minutes. Banana Peel
