In Ayurveda, the unique and authentic procedure Panchakarma removes all the toxins from your body and mind thoroughly. Panchakarma reverses the path of ailments from its manifestation stage back to the gastrointestinal tract. It is achieved through Panchakarma’s 5 procedures, stream therapy, oil massage, and a special diet. At the completion of this therapy, the Doshas are removed from the body. After the toxins are removed from the body, Panchakarma rejuvenates and rebuilds the body’s cells and tissues.
Panchakarma is not a procedure that you rush into. It is vital for your lymphatic system and nervous system to ready to process the toxins as they are released. Thus it is advised to book your appointment for Panchakarma procedure 4-8 weeks in advance.
Panchakarma Consultation: 2-4 weeks before Panchakarma procedure takes place, consult with a practitioner as you will be aware of your diet change requirements and any change and will tell you the protocols you need to take for this procedure.

It holds the potential and power of positive energy in your body, rejuvenating your spirit, and soothing your soul. Each of the procedures included in Panchakarma is designed to give you an experience of release.
