Packed with fiber, flaxseed decreases androgen levels and cholesterol levels. Flaxseed slows down glucose metabolism and reduces inflammation, levels up blood pressure, and prevents the risk of chronic diseases. Simple, add 1-2 tablespoons of flaxseed to a glass of water and drink it regularly. Introduce flaxseed to your diet. Blend flaxseeds in smoothies, sprinkle it on your soups, salads, fruit bowls, etc.
Jeera (Cumin Seeds) Water
Jeera is loaded with antioxidants and decreases blood sugar levels. These antioxidants eliminate free radicals from the body and regulate body processes. Add ½ tablespoon of cumin powder to a cup of warm water and drink it. Repeat this procedure twice a week for great relief from PCOS.
